Nikos is a Greek-British art director and writer, best known for creating narrative-driven work by combining fiction and surrealist storytelling.
In 2020, he branded Greece’s first coliving brand as an imaginary country; in 2021 he launched East London’s biggest urban regeneration project as a festival of electronic music and in 2022, he launched Marlon Tate; an advertising agency with offices in Athens, London, Jupiter and Mars (the last two offices are fictional).
Often described as popstar art director, he came to international attention in 2019 while collaborating with friend and famous photographer Polly Brown on a trilogy of surrealistic projects called Time travel branding. The first chapter of the trilogy, XENIA, premiered at the prestigious ATypI in New York to positive reviews from critics and press who praised his ‘fictitious but brilliant’ universe. Nikos is also a Lecturer at famed art school London College of Communication, where he teaches a three-week studio called Essential Building Blocks. In 2024, Nikos was nominated for inclusion in the Forbes 30 under 30 prestigious list. He has received various accolades including one Red Dot Design Award, 5 Ermis Awards, 9 Ebge Awards and a nomination for the prestigious Alan Davidson Award for Storytelling in London.
