Nikos is a Greek-British art director, writer, model and singer. He is the founder and Creative Director of Marlon Tate, an advertising agency famous for claiming to have offices in space. Described as ‘sensitive, considered and essentially poetic’, he is best known for creating narrative-driven brand identities and advertising by combining fiction and surrealist storytelling. In 2020, he branded Greece’s first coliving brand as an imaginary country and in 2021 he launched East London’s biggest urban regeneration project with a campaign that looked like one a festival of electronic music would have deployed.

Labelled by the UK design press as ‘pop star art director’, Nikos rose into prominence when announced that he is collaborating with photographer Polly Brown on a trilogy of fictional projects entitled ‘Time travel branding’. The first chapter of the trilogy premiered at the prestigious ATypI conference in New York and received positive reviews from critics and press who praised Nikos’ ”fictitious but brilliant” universe. As of 2022, Nikos is being represented by the talent agency ‘All American Speakers’ along with other celebrity designers such as Jessica Walsh and Brian Collins. His work, has been featured internationally in publications such as Vogue, the New York Times, The Brand Identity and Wallpaper. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards and accolades such as four Ermis Awards, one Red Dot Communication Award and has been nominated for the prestigious Alan Davidson Award for Storytelling in London. He teaches Visual Communication at London College of Communication and in 2018, he was named Head of Creative of Pollard Thomas Edwards overseeing the award-winning brand narrative of Eastman Village. Nikos also serves as the Creative Director of OZON magazine and is responsible for the legendary publication’s makeover and unique visual tone. He studied at Camberwell College of Arts (MA) in London, conducting practice-based research exploring the relation between Identity and Archives.
